It was a Wednesday, March 18th 2009 to be specific. Her birthday. At least that is the day we think it was, it fits the time table. We were not trying get pregnant but we went off the pill the beginning of January and started having "fun" in earnest the beginning of February. March 18th was her birthday and we made sure to have some fun that night.
2 weeks later she is eating everything in sight. While for some this might not be a surprise my dear wife is picky when it comes to food. A recent fan of chicken she has always eaten small meals. Now however she is starting to eat anything she can find.
It is at this time that she decides that she is pregnant. She has to be she is eating quantities she never thought possible and has "cravings" all of a sudden. As a guy part of my is saying yea I'm so good i knocked her up in a month while friends have been trying for more then a year. The other half of me is thinking that I'm not strong enough or mature enough to bring a child into this world (i am mature enough, i just don't show it, but we will get to that later).
It hasn't hit me yet.
